二、严禁采购和邮寄境外产品。

三、如无必要，尽可能暂停境内邮购。务必做好邮购物品外包装及产品的消杀工作，注意个人防护。

A Proposal on Banning Overseas Express Delivery

To all international students on campus:  

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is becoming more and more serious, the number of infected persons is increasing, the Covid-19 cases are frequently detected in imported cold-chain food and mail-order goods. In order to ensure the prevention and control of all personnel and ensure everyone's health, SIE proposes the following:  

1.Purchase goods in formal ways.  Be careful to buy cold chain food through formal platform.  

2. It is strictly prohibited to purchase and mail overseas products from outside countries to China.  

3. If not necessary, domestic delivery in China shall be suspended as far as possible.  Be sure to do well insterilizeing the outer packing of parcels, pay attention to personal protection.
