Program Curriculum for 2019 Communication Engineering (Upgrade)
I. 培养目标 Objectives
本专业旨在培养知华友华,熟悉中国基本国情与文化,具有良好的人文素养和社会责任感,掌握信号的产生、信息的传输、交换和处理等基本理论知识,具有计算机通信、无线通信等领域工程实践能力,在信息通信相关领域从事应用研究、系统开发、运行维护和项目管理等方面工作的高素质应用型人才。
This major is designed to cultivate students who can meet the economic and social development needs of the Belt and Road countries, are friendly with China and familiar with China's basic national conditions and culture and have good humanistic quality and social responsibility. Students of this major should master the basic theories and knowledge on signal generation, information transmission, exchange and processing, and obtain the abilities of the computer communication, wireless communication, exchange and communication network. The graduates with high quality applied talents who are engaged in application research, system development, operation and maintenance and project management in information and communication related fields.
II. 培养要求Requirements
本专业学生主要学习信号的产生、信息的传输、交换和处理等等方面的基本理论和基础知识,获得计算机通信、无线通信、交换与通信网等领域等方面的基本知识和技能训练。毕业生应具有以下几方面的知识、能力和素质:
Students of this major should learn the basic theories and knowledge on signal generation, information transmission, exchange and processing, etc., and master the basic knowledge and experimental operation skills of computer communication, wireless communication, switching and communication network. Students should acquire the following knowledge, capabilities and qualities before graduating from this major.
1. 了解中国历史与文化、地方特色文化、人文科学、社会科学及专业基本知识,同时了解中国社会主流价值观和公共道德观念,遵守中国法律,形成良好的道德品质和行为习惯。
Graduates should master the basic knowledge of Chinese history and culture, local distinctive culture, humanities and social sciences and basic professional knowledge and as well as the knowledge of China’s mainstream social values and public ethics, comply with the Chinese laws and form good moral character and behavior habit.
2.能够顺利使用中文完成本专业的学习和研究任务,并具备用中文从事本专业相关工作的能力;毕业时,中文能力应当至少达到《国际汉语能力标准》五级水平。
Graduates are supposed to use Chinese language to complete the learning and research tasks of this major and be able to do specialty-related work via Chinese language. Upon graduation, the Chinese proficiency of undergraduates should at least reach the Level 5 of the HSK.
3. 能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达并通过文献研究分析信息通信领域工程问题,以获得有效结论。
Graduates should be able to apply the basic principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science to identify, express and analyze engineering problems in information and communication related fields through literature research, so as to obtain effective conclusions.
4. 能够设计针对信息通信领域工程问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统、单元或工艺流程,并基于科学原理并采用科学方法对信息通信领域复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
Graduates should have the abilities of solving the engineering problems in information and communication related fields, designing the special systems, units, or process flow, and having the abilities of studying engineering problems in information and communication related fields based on scientific principles and methods, including experiment design, data analysis and interpretation, information comprehensive judgment, and reasonable conclusions.
5. 能够针对信息通信领域复杂工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
Graduates should have the abilities of developing, selecting and utilizing the appropriate technology, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools to solve complex engineering problems in information and communication related fields, including the prediction and simulation of the problems, and also understanding its limitations.
6. 能够基于工程相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价专业工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全等的影响,并理解应承担的责任。
Graduates should have the abilities of conducting the reasonable analysis, evaluation of professional engineering practice, and solutions of the complex engineering problems, based on their engineering related background knowledge. During the above process, the students should understand the impact on society, healthy, safety, the laws, and culture, and also taking the responsibilities.
7. 能够理解和评价针对信息通信领域复杂工程问题的专业工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。
Graduates should understand and have the abilities to assess the effects of engineering practices on environment and social sustainable development, which are involved in solving complex engineering problem in information and communication related fields.
8. 具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。
Graduates should possess humanity and social science accomplishment and social responsibilities; understand and comply with engineering ethics and undertake responsibilities in engineering practices.
9. 能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。
Graduates should be competent to play the roles of individuals, members or person in charge in a team under the background of multidisciplinary.
10. 能够就信息通信领域复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。
Graduates should communicate and the exchange effectively with peers and the public about the complex engineering problems in information and communication related fields, by writing reports, exhibiting design, giving speech, expressing clearly and responding questions.
11.在本专业领域中具有一定的国际视野,能够在多个国家的实际环境中运用专业知识和技能,并具备参与国际交流与合作的初步能力。
Graduates should have an international perspective, be able to apply the professional knowledge and skills in the actual environment of several countries, and have the ability to participate in international affairs and cooperation.
12. 具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。
Graduates should obtain the consciousness and abilities of independent and lifelong-studies, possess the abilities of lifelong studies and adapting to the development.

IX. 毕业与学位授予条件Graduation and degree granting conditions
1. 毕业标准 Graduation requirements
(1)遵守我国的法律和学校纪律,品行端正。
Graduates are required to abide by the law and school discipline.
(2)修完人才培养方案规定的所有课程和环节,取得规定的学分。
Graduates are required to complete the undergraduate study according to teaching plan, obtain all the credits.
2. 学位授予标准 Degree-awarding conditions
符合金沙检测线路js69学士学位授予条件。
Bachelor's Degree shall be conferred according to the requirements of the Bachelor Degree Program in HYIT.
